Ang bawat Pilipino, saan man naroroon, ay may karapatang mabuhay nang may dignidad, pagkakataon, at pagmamalasakit.
"Every Filipino, wherever they may be, deserves dignity, opportunity, and care."
A community united by care and purpose
Bukluran means unity. Kalinga means care. Together, our name embodies our founding spirit — a community bound by genuine care for one another, starting in District V and growing across the Philippines.
From digital livelihood training to community advocacy, we work side by side with families to create sustainable change.

Born from community,
built for community
Founded by residents of District V who saw the unmet needs of their neighbors — single parents, PWDs, seniors, and youth without clear pathways. Bukluran grew from a small circle of concerned citizens into a structured nonprofit with national aspirations, driven by the belief that every Filipino deserves dignity and belonging.
Formally registered with the SEC in October 2025 (Reg. No. 2025100224959-17, TIN: 010-942-406-000), our leadership is drawn directly from the communities we serve — elected democratically and accountable to members, not politics.
