Our Story

Born from community,
built for community

Founded by residents of District V who saw the unmet needs of their neighbors — single parents, PWDs, seniors, and youth without clear pathways. Bukluran grew from a small circle of concerned citizens into a structured nonprofit with national aspirations, driven by the belief that every Filipino deserves dignity and belonging.

Formally registered with the SEC in October 2025 (Reg. No. 2025100224959-17, TIN: 010-942-406-000), our leadership is drawn directly from the communities we serve — elected democratically and accountable to members, not politics.
