In compliance with Philippine non-profit governance, no part of our resources or partner contributions inures to the benefit of any individual member, trustee, or officer
BUKLURAN program systems, platforms, and community coordination tools function solely for community support, skills building, and resource pooling—they do not operate as financial, payment, or investment systems.
